Candelilla wax is a plant-derived wax from the candelilla shrub, used as a vegan alternative to beeswax. It is harder than beeswax and provides excellent film-forming and occlusive properties. Used in lip products, solid balms, and stick formulations. Provides a glossy finish and good water resistance.
