Green Tea Extract

Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract

Also known as: EGCG, Camellia Sinensis Extract, Matcha Extract

Green tea extract is rich in polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), one of the most potent natural antioxidants. It has documented anti-inflammatory, photoprotective, and sebum-regulating properties. EGCG inhibits 5-alpha-reductase, reducing DHT and sebum production. Effective for both antioxidant protection and oily/acne-prone skin.
