Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract

Also known as: Glycyrrhiza Extract, Licorice Extract, Glabridin

Licorice root extract contains glabridin, a potent tyrosinase inhibitor that reduces melanin production. It also has significant anti-inflammatory properties through inhibition of cyclooxygenase activity. Effective for hyperpigmentation, redness, and sensitive skin. One of the most well-evidenced natural brightening ingredients. Works synergistically with vitamin C and niacinamide.
